Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Adult Probation and Parole Department of the County of Fayette to integrate the delivery of rehabilitative and correctional programming and services into related community supervision and operations as deemed necessary for the protection of society and the rehabilitation, treatment, and care of adult offenders, and provide effective evaluative tools and information to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas for use in sentencing and disposition decisions.


     Electronic Monitoring Fees  

Payments for electronic monitoring fees can be made in person at our office located in the Public Service Building, 22 East Main Street, Uniontown PA 15401. Methods of payment are cash, money order, credit card, or debit card. You can also pay on-line or through the US Mail. 

For on-line electronic monitoring fee payments, please thoroughly read and complete the On-Line Form using   GovPayNet

If paying by mail, this office accepts only a money order. We DO NOT accept certified or personal checks. DO NOT send cash.

Criminal Court Collections  

Payments for fines and costs for criminal cases can be made in person, through the mail, or on-line to the Fayette County Clerk of Courts located in the Fayette County Court House, 61 East Main Street, Uniontown PA 15401. 

Methods of payments are cash, money order, certified check, personal check or credit/debit card.  A photo ID is required.

                                      Reentry Program  

 The reentry plan was the formation of multiple county agencies and service providers coming together to formulate the Fayette County Reentry Coalition 2017 Strategic Plan For Reentry.    In addition to the plan a convenient Agency Reentry Guide was developed listing our coalition members and service providers.
