Education services include an on-site teacher five (5) days per week who provides instruction and G.E.D. testing. 

Also, inmates who are minors are provided with education services through the local school district.

INMATE TELEPHONE SYSTEM

The telephone provider is I.T.I. (Inmate Telephone Incorporated) based out of Altoona, Pennsylvania. 

I.T.I. accepts payment from both inmates using his/her inmate account and by friends/family setting up a debit account.
